At Sibley, I took part in designing interactive templates/activities* and instructional materials on Human-Centered Design by Dr. Vela for cohort members to maximize their learning and prototyping process.
Ward Infinity cohort members who are healthcare providers, nurses and innovators come together to participate in workshops, seminars, and receive expert coaching in public health, human-centered design, and business.
I led interaction design for cohort webpage on Adobe XD while learning and working closely with JHMI web designer/ developer to meet web accessibility guidelines.
The final web development is our team collaborative effort.
Actively listening with empathy is an important skill to have as a designer.
Dr. Vela is one of the most supportive mentors. She always inspires, offers valuable feedback, and leaves space for growth.
I love my team. They valued and lifted each other up. Good design comes from good, productive and supportive design team. Our team had countless funny jokes and quite a few virtual boba dates.
